The second largest upset of the bowl season happened last night as West Virginia ran over, through, and around the vaunted Oklahoma defense. To think that the talking heads were lobbying for Oklahoma to be in the now popular “split championship” discussion. And as for WVU? Who knew? After the way the team stunk it up and choked away it’s trip to the championship game losing to Pitt! Any sane person had to believe Oklahoma would have its way with this coachless team. Oh well, that’s why they play them…..

Unexpected, great performance from the ‘neers. And, oh by the way, what has happened to Stoops? He used to be considered a big game coach – he’s now been on the wrong side of two BCS blow outs? I guess the Big 12 simply can’t handle Big East speed….
