Since January 1, 2007, 122,500 is the calorie (kcal) deficit that has been sustained to lose 35 lbs (15.9 kg) of mass on my diet. That comes to a 733 kcal deficit per day on average, or about 3.2 oz of weight loss per day. If this pace can be maintained, my diet will be complete in September – that is a day I’m looking forward to…The picture above is of 35 lbs of meat, it’s depressing to see how much that really is and to think about carrying it around all day.
