I have to admit, everytime I read, say, or think John Ascauga’s Nugget, I laugh. It’s a hotel complex in Reno and it’s ok for what it is. To be fair, I’m staying in the Courtyard, a $60/night deal which is closer to Motel 6 than it is Vegas resort; you get what you pay for. Headed off to the Bureau of Land Management this morning.
Fact that may be interesting only to me: The BLM and Department of Forestry manage over 33% of the land mass of the United States of America. Individuals and corporations may gain leases on this land for mining, forestry, and recreation. Who knew?
