Montara Energy Ventures (MeV) is a renewable energy startup company focused on acquiring underutilized renewable power resources and improving the resources with the latest technology. The company is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is actively seeking assets to add to its portfolio. We are an affliated team of executives, investors, technologists, and other specialists committed to making our portfolio acquistions financially successful while providing the environmental benefits inherent to renewable electricity generation.

The MeV team has deep expertise in geothermal exploration, operation, and improvement and as a result, is focusing on geothermal projects to start. However, MeV maintains an open mind and active interest in all renewable resource harvest technologies and plans to diversify its portfolio as opportunities present themselves.
