In a CNN article about the poll, a man revealed that he shot a ghost when he was 10 years old only to discover a bullet hole in his new white shirt and angry parents!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nHere&#8217;s the kicker, 48% of Americans believe in extra-sensory perception (ESP) &#8211; the ability to acquire information by paranormal means independent of any known physical senses or deduction from previous experience.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; margin: 10px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/montaraventures.com\/pix\/ghost.jpg\" alt=\"Alleged photo of a ghost\"  width=200 height=282 \/><\/div>\n<p> Despite numerous claims and scientific tests, there is no credible, repeatable evidence that such phenomena exist.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nNow for the sad part of the story, more people believe in ghosts than believe in President Bush. The latest AP\/Ipsos poll show a 31% favorable rating for Bush while 34% of American&#8217;s believe in ghosts and 48% believe in ESP.
