So much for the speculation he's dead. Too bad we didn't catch him.\" \/><br \/>\n<\/center><br \/>\nOK, so is it this message from national security adviser Frances Townsend (via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2007\/POLITICS\/09\/09\/bin.laden.tape\/index.html?eref=rss_topstories\" target=\"_blank\" >CNN<\/a>):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This is a man on the run in a cave who is virtually impotent other than his ability to get these messages out.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>OR<\/b><br \/>\nIs it this message from Mr. Bush on July 7 of this year (via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2007\/POLITICS\/07\/24\/bush.terror\/index.html?iref=newssearch\" target=\"_blank\" >CNN<\/a>):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n&#8220;Al Qaeda in Iraq is run by foreign leaders loyal to Osama bin Laden,&#8221; Bush said. &#8220;Like bin Laden, they are cold-blooded killers who murder the innocent to achieve al Qaeda&#8217;s political objectives.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hmmm. It seems to me the Administration might be a little confused about this issue&#8230;Good thing we&#8217;ve now created a killing ground for Al Qaeda in Iraq.
