I&#8217;ve had the distinct pleasure of knowing him for the past few years and catching up with him at least semi-annually. I was reading his <a href=\"https:\/\/cochrane.org.uk\/opinion\/articles\/silicon\/2007\/26-03-2007.php\">blog this morning about VoIP<\/a> and just took a minute to appreciate what he contributes. I&#8217;ve known for some time that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/voip\/\">VoIP<\/a> &#8220;sounded&#8221; better than <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plain_old_telephone_service\">POTS<\/a>, but I never knew why this was the case. <a href=\"https:\/\/cochrane.org.uk\/opinion\/articles\/silicon\/2007\/26-03-2007.php\">Read Peter&#8217;s article about this and you&#8217;ll know why too<\/a>.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nWhen you talk to Peter or read his blog, you just don&#8217;t know what kind of new and interesting piece of knowledge you&#8217;ll glean from the experience.
