Last weekend, I wanted to upgrade to the 3GS model and went to a local ATT Wireless Store thinking a complex upgrade was best handled there. First, they didn&#8217;t have sufficient staff to deal with the crowd and secondly, they didn&#8217;t have the phone!<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI drove to an Apple store (which was absolutely mobbed) and picked up the phone with the complex upgrade and was finished in less than 30 minutes.
