Not!\" width=250 height=193 \/><\/small><\/center><\/div>\n<p>Via <a href=\"https:\/\/elections.foxnews.com\/2008\/06\/10\/activists-preparing-against-use-of-brown-note-at-dem-convention\/\" target=\"_blank\" >Fox News<\/a>: (never thought I&#8217;d write those words in this blog&#8230;)<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nPolitical activists planning protest rallies at the upcoming Democratic Convention in Denver have their stomachs in knots over a rumor about a crowd control weapon &#8211; known as the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153crap cannon\u00e2\u20ac\u009d &#8211; that might be unleashed against them.<\/p>\n<p>Also called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Brown Note,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d it is believed to be an infrasound frequency that debilitates a person by making them defecate involuntarily.<\/p>\n<p>Mark Cohen, co-founder of Re-create 68, an alliance of local activists working for the protection of first amendment rights, said he believes this could be deployed at the convention in August to subdue crowds.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153We know this weapon and weapons like it have been used at other large protests before,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d he said.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\nNow, if you watch <a href=\"https:\/\/mythbustersresults.com\/episode25\" target=\"_blank\" >Mythbusters you know this is pure, well, crap<\/a>. There is absolutely zero evidence that such a system would work, if it even existed. While the story is horse hockey, the more disturbing aspect of it is the comments, 12 pages of hate and ignorance.
