Posted on their site. It goes through the nuts and bolts of incandescent vs. compact fluorescent vs. LED light bulbs with a multi-meter based experiment. Suffice to say, LEDs are the most efficient (and expensive) that yield the least light. CFLs represent the middle ground with equivalent light for 75% less power. This short video is worth a watch.
