Karl Gawell seems to be front and center in GEA's efforts to bring back funding. Too bad the price of Congressional support is off the charts these days. When compared to the Gatesian wealth they get from well-healed PAC's, its no wonder "doing the right thing" is a barely-concealed myth Congress still likes to sell us and we still like to buy (see professional sports, Rupert Murdoch, American history...for more on myths and money).
