Congratulations Dee, that's a tremendous accomplishment. Obviously, you need to do what works for you. For me, without the constant feedback of the daily weigh-in, I lose the sense of progress. To each their own.

I have lost about 55 and except for not weighing every day, this is what I am doing. I am eating breakfast and then two lean cuisines: One lunch and one dinner. I don't have to count anything and I exercise in the hot tub daily. I really have been doing well. Good luck!

Interesting analytical approach to weight loss Mike. One suggestion, how about posting the template to the spreadsheet (which sounds pretty neat) so that any of your more 'huggable' readers might benefit from it?

Yeah, I've never been to WW, so I don't know. But that sounds reasonable and congratulations on your success!

Sounds a lot like weight watchers. I lost 20 pounds on it last year simply by making a few modifications in my diet such as:

- drinking 64oz of water daily
- increasing my fruits/veggies (I try to eat ~5 servings a day)
- recording my meals (WW has a fantastic site that lets you just plug in the names/amounts of foods and they do the calculations)
- cutting out empty calories like rum and coke

I didn't add working out to the plan, but I would have lost far more if I had.
