You were, by far, the best leader and VP that we've ever had. Far too often we get the new leader who holds a single "rah-rah" meeting and is then never seen again. You held true to your promise of constant and honest communication and learned the names and faces of all 600 people in your organization. Most VPs don't bother to learn anyone other than their immediate reports. Thanks for the good times. We’re all really sorry to see you go.
